In light of this, the Huobi Platform (hereinafter referred to as "Huobi") solemnly reminds all users and relevant parties to exercise caution and vigilance to prevent falling victim to fraud. 1. Committed to maintaining a responsible approach towards users and the industry, Huobi prioritizes the protection of user privacy. Huobi will never disclose any user information to external parties in any form, and under no circumstances will it ask users for account passwords, SMS, and Google auth codes in any manner. Any unauthorized acts that exploit the name of Huobi, and its affiliated companies, or impersonate Huobi staff to defraud users are unrelated to Huobi and are malicious infringements without Huobi's authorization.
2. Huobi advises users to strictly comply with the platform rules and follow fraud prevention tips. Users should exercise caution in identifying various risks. In addition, illegal counterfeiters and spreaders of rumors who intend to distort facts and tarnish Huobi's reputation are urged to cease such infringements immediately. Huobi will not be responsible for any adverse consequences arising from counterfeiters, deceived individuals, or those who believe in rumors without due diligence. Huobi will strictly pursue legal action against any acts that damage Huobi's reputation once they are verified.
3. Please remain vigilant against false propaganda and carefully scrutinize fraudulent sales pitches. It is essential to rely solely on official announcements for all Huobi-related events and community information to minimize the risk of asset loss.
